2012 Mobile Outlook

2011 was an active year for mobile platforms - new versions of the major smartphone operating systems were released, Android tablet manufacturers responded en masse to the iPad, and partnerships, acquisitions, and new players that will shape the space in the coming year all came about. What does that mean for 2012?

Who is Nicholas?

Nicholas Armstrong is a graduate of Computer Engineering at the University of Waterloo, currently pursuing a Master's degree in and at the same. Over the past few years, he has spent co-op (internship) terms at a handful of employers working on a range of software development projects.

Nicholas currently focuses on software development with .NET. Drawn to the enthralling world of user interface/experience design, he has recently been interested in investigating techniques for intuitive desktop applications using Windows Presentation Foundation and .NET.
